St. Paul woman opens storefront for plant-based cosmetics company

Lip Esteem, a new Black girl-owned business providing plant-centered cosmetics, celebrated its grand opening in St. Paul on Friday. 

Tameka Jones, who grew up in St. Paul’s Rondo community, was a makeup artist for extra than 20 years when she was furloughed thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic.
